Kyle will be joined by Patrick Huyett of Morgan Lewis and Najah Jacobs of Berger Montague, along with Michael Carrier, distinguished Professor of Law at Rutgers RIIPL and a leading authority in antitrust and intellectual property law. The panelists will discuss their experiences on both the plaintiff and defense side of antitrust litigation, as well as what inspired them to focus on a career in antitrust law and how they got started in the field.
