Prior to joining Hausfeld, Ana Isabel was part of the legal teams which:

  • Advised multinational companies on compliance with the UN Guiding Principles and EU regulations regarding corporate sustainability due diligence.
  • Represented both national and international clients in various legal matters, including significant cases related to health care system failures, antitrust issues, and product liability claims.
  • Appeared before the Spanish courts as both a claimant and defense attorney; prepared and delivered opening and closing statements and conducted direct and cross examination during hearings.
